Psychedelic Therapy & Integrative Coaching

Guiding Your Inner Journey with Care, Clarity & Integration

At The Pilgrimage Within, we support intentional inner exploration through guided experiences of expanded and non-ordinary states of consciousness, paired with integrative coaching. This work centers on creating a safe, structured, and trauma-aware container for exploration, insight integration, and embodied growth.

Guided Inner Exploration & Integrative Coaching

This offering provides a structured, trauma-aware container for personalized inner exploration, supported by thoughtful preparation, attuned facilitation, and integrative coaching. It is designed for those who feel called to explore their inner landscape with intention, responsibility, and care.

This is not about chasing peak experiences. It is about meaning, embodiment, and integration.

The Work

Psychedelic experiences can open profound states of insight, emotional release, and expanded awareness. Without proper preparation and integration, however, these experiences can feel confusing, overwhelming, or disconnected from everyday life.

My role is to help you move through this work safely, consciously, and with grounded support—before, during, and after your experience—so insight becomes something you can actually live.

Each journey is held in a 1:1 or 2:1 setting (two facilitators to one client) and tailored to your unique intentions, history, and nervous system capacity.

Psychedelic journeying is not a single event, but a process that unfolds over time through preparation, experience, and integration.

What’s Included

  1. Preparation

We begin by building a strong, supportive foundation. Preparation sessions are designed to ensure safety, clarity, and readiness, while helping you enter the experience with intention and trust.

Preparation includes:

  • Physical safety screening and readiness assessment

  • Clarifying goals and intentions and how to work with them during the journey

  • Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual preparation

  • Exploring expectations, boundaries, and pacing for the experience

  • Education on the arc of the journey, including what to expect, the role of the facilitator, and the general flow of a session

  • Developing tools for emotional regulation and nervous system support

  • Building intrapersonal rapport, trust, and readiness

  • Informed consent and clear agreements to support safety and mutual understanding

  • Time and space to ask questions, address concerns, and ensure you feel fully informed and supported

2. Facilitated Journey

During the journey itself, your experience is supported within a safe, grounded, and intentional container. Care, presence, and respect for your autonomy guide every aspect of this phase.

Support includes:

  • Safety is the primary priority, with continuous attention to your well-being

  • Attuned, responsive facilitation, offering practical, physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support as needed

  • A calm, grounded container, with guidance and techniques to help you navigate the inner landscape

  • Respect for your autonomy, consent, and inner wisdom at all times

  • Support through challenging moments, with grounding strategies and reassurance when needed

  • Gentle guidance to help maintain orientation, presence, and a sense of safety throughout the experience

3. Integration

Integration coaching is where your journey becomes meaningful, embodied change. Rather than leaving insights on the mat, post-journey integration supports you in bringing what emerged into your everyday life—at a pace that feels grounded and sustainable.

Integration support includes:

  • Making sense of insights, emotions, and imagery that arose during the journey

  • Processing the experience at your own pace, with care for your nervous system

  • Translating insight into daily life, relationships, and decision-making

  • Ongoing emotional and psychological processing, as needed

  • Mindset shifts and reframing to support clarity and integration

  • Addressing challenges or difficulties that may arise after the experience

  • Coaching practices that support integration and embodiment

  • Identifying blocks or patterns that may get in the way of lasting change

Integration is not about forcing outcomes—it’s about supporting awareness, regulation, and insight so transformation can unfold in a way that is relevant, grounded, and livable.

This Work May Be Supportive If You Are:

  • Navigating a major life transition, identity shift, or threshold moment where old ways of being no longer fit

  • Seeking deeper self-understanding, clarity, or alignment in how you live, relate, and make decisions

  • Working through grief, loss, or unfinished emotional material that feels ready to be acknowledged and integrated

  • Feeling drawn toward conscious inner exploration, expanded awareness, or non-ordinary states as part of a larger growth process

  • Exploring spiritual questions, existential themes, or a longing for meaning, connection, or purpose beyond surface-level change

  • Ready to examine old patterns, protective strategies, or unconscious belief systems that may be limiting growth, expression, or choice

  • Curious about bringing awareness to shadow material—habitual thoughts, emotions, or behaviors that operate beneath the surface and influence your life

  • Wanting to release what no longer serves while cultivating greater self-compassion, agency, and choice

  • Willing to approach this work with honesty, responsibility, and curiosity rather than urgency, avoidance, or escape

  • Committed to preparation, integration, and applying insight to daily life—not just the experience itself

This Work May Not Be Supportive If:

  • You are seeking recreational use, escape, or quick fixes

  • You are currently experiencing unmanaged severe psychiatric instability or psychosis

  • You are unwilling or unable to engage in preparation and integration

  • You expect prescriptive outcomes or guaranteed results

Why This Work, and Why With Me

Inner exploration in non-ordinary states can be profoundly meaningful—but only when it is approached with intention, care, and responsibility. Without preparation, support, and integration, powerful experiences can feel disorienting or disconnected from daily life. This work exists to bridge that gap.

I offer guided psychedelic journeying as a process, not a peak experience. Preparation, pacing, and integration are treated as essential—not optional—so insight can be met safely and translated into lived understanding.

My role is not to heal, direct, or interpret your experience, but to hold a steady, grounded container as you navigate your own inner landscape. I guide with attunement, nervous system awareness, and respect for your autonomy, supporting you before, during, and after the journey.

This approach is informed by extensive experience supporting others in expanded states across clinical, ceremonial, and integrative settings, as well as years of embodied work holding space for intense emotional, spiritual, and existential processes. What I bring is not answers—but familiarity with the terrain, ethical grounding, and the ability to stay present when things become complex or unfamiliar.

You are the authority on your experience.
This work is an invitation to explore with care, clarity, and integration—supported by someone who understands both the depth of the work and the responsibility it carries.

Who This Work Is For

This guidance may be a good fit if you’re seeking a thoughtful, integrative process—one that honors preparation, supports the journey itself, and emphasizes meaningful integration.

You may resonate if you:

  • Are ready for intentional inner exploration, not quick fixes

  • Want to integrate experience into daily life with clarity, resilience, and self-trust

  • Are navigating transition, meaning-making, grief, identity shifts, or deep inner questioning

  • Value safety, attunement, and structured, supportive guidance

When This Work May Not Be the Right Fit

Because this work involves depth, responsibility, and ongoing integration, it’s important to name when it may not be supportive or appropriate.

This work may not be a good fit if you:

  • Are seeking recreational use, escape, or altered states without integration

  • Are currently experiencing unmanaged severe psychiatric instability or psychosis

  • Expect prescriptive outcomes or guaranteed experiences

  • Are unwilling or unable to engage in preparation and integration

Safety, readiness, and integration are essential.

Exploration without adequate support can lead to confusion rather than clarity.
