The Heal with Breathwork model is a powerful way to release stress, expand emotional capacity, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
In these live online sessions held on Zoom, you’ll be guided step by step through a conscious connected breathing practice—similar to Rebirthing breathwork—designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you and come home to yourself.
Each class is a unique journey and an active, participatory experience that asks for presence and real effort. This is not passive relaxation. You’ll be guided to work with the breath, then move into rest, integration, and receiving. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
No experience is required. All you need is:
A quiet, uninterrupted space
A comfortable place to lie down
Bluetooth headphones (preferred)
An eye mask (optional, but recommended)
An open heart and a willingness to try
What to Expect
A 60-minute guided session including intention setting, breath coaching, and curated music
A safe, supportive container where you can relax into the process
Space to release tension, express emotion, connect with your inner teacher, and access deeper clarity, calm, and resilience
An opportunity to share space with others around the world on their own healing journeys
